IMPACT ACADEMY was founded by Mrs. Bhavna Naithani. She has been coaching students for study abroad courses for the past fifteen years. She was a bright student throughout her study period. She was a second ranker in B.Sc. in Satheya (Parle) College. After B.Sc., she pursued Chartered Accountancy course. Because of her inclination towards studies, she started coaching students for higher education abroad. Her exceptional teaching skills helped students achieve good results and she founded Impact Academy in the year 1999.

Mr. Prasen Naithani Co-founder of Impact Academy is a fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Law Graduate and an MBA. He is a faculty of NMIMS, a premier management Institutes in Mumbai for past 10 years.
